We offer training packages on breastfeeding to hospitals and healthcare personnel.
We conduct seminars on breastfeeding and we offer breastfeeding consultations by a certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) as clinic support to nursing mothers.

MUCH MORE THAN MILK!

BENEFITS OF BREASTFEEDING

Breastfeeding helps creating a bond between a mother and her child

It is cost free, waste free and ecofriendly

It helps you comfort your child

Breastfeeding hormones relax you and your child and they help you feel good about your mother role

Mother's milk is species-specific. Ours is the perfect food for human cubs: the final product of millennia of evolution, a handy and perfect blend of nutrients and immunity factors!

Your milk boosts your child's immunity and protects against several diseases in childhood and adulthood. It also seems to protect against SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)

It promotes optimal brain development (breastfed children show higher IQ levels!)

The specific suckling technique required for breastfeeding is different from bottlefeeding and it promotes optimal development of the jaws and masticatory system

Breastfeeding helps you recover faster from delivery: the hormones involved in breastfeeding help the uterus return to its original shape. This prevents post-partum hemorrages

Nursing mothers loose their pregnacy weight faster. The weight that we cumulate during pregnancy is meant as a reservoir for breastfeeding

Research shows that the longer and the more exclusively women breastfeed, the lesser their risk to develop breast cancer and (yes!) ostheoporosis in their future
