The theme of this year's World Breastfeeding Week is "Breastfeeding and Work": it can be challenging, yet feasible. With some good information and advice and a bit of planning, even working mothers can reach the milestones recommended by the WHO: minimum six months of exclusive breastfeeding and minimum 2 years of breastfeeding accompanied by appropriate complementary foods.

Keeping this in mind, here's a couple of events we'd like to offer you:

- Friday 7th August, 2015; 14.30 pm IST - Webminar on "Breastfeeding and Work" (2 hrs long): available options, age specific breastmilk needs of the child, pumping strategies and some final time for your questions and for interacting with each other.

- Thursday 6th August, 2015; 14.00 pm IST (1&1/2 hrs long) - Webminar on "Easy First Food": gentle introduction of first solids - what, when and how.
